Due to the large dimensions of nido.nido products, we do not provide upstairs delivery or handle returns/exchanges to upper floors. In addition, this official website does not offer delivery to overseas regions, remote areas, or special addresses (e.g., transit stations or freight forwarding warehouses).

If you are unsure whether your address falls under remote or special areas in Taiwan, please email us in advance at info@nidonido.com.

For international orders, please refer to the "Ordering from Overseas" section below.


If an order is placed without prior address verification and the delivery address falls outside of nido.nido’s serviceable areas, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded without further notice.

Refunds typically take 14 to 30 business days, and the actual refund posting time will depend on your issuing bank or financial institution.
